Frances first studied Taekwondo in middle school when she lived in South Korea with hopes to join the military. Though her martial plans changed to study Fine Arts at the School of Art Institute of Chicago, her continued involvement in Martial Arts has taught her values important in all fields of life: self-discipline, integrity, perseverance and most essentially passion for everything one chooses to pursue.
